My love of photography and my love of children go hand in hand.  As a Special Educator in NYC for 10 years, my passion was to help kids be the best they could be.  When I stopped  teaching to have my twins 10 years ago, my world was changed forever.  The idea for Susan Marie Photography was born when I knew I could combine my years of teaching and experience with children, with the pleasure of preserving their emotions, energy, vitality and essence in photographs.  Unique and full of surprises every time, children, party and family photo shoots bring me a joy that can't really be explained.
